Who Is the Anti Christ/ Man Of Sin? Some say its Obama, some say its some kind of superman to come, Preterists say it was NERO, Some say its Macron the president of France, some say its King Charles of England and some even say its Donald Trump…. but first, we must clear up the difference between what religious people say the man of sin, and what the Bible itself says the man of sin…. So let’s go directly duh, to the scriptures.

The first step, is to see what the scriptures define as the antichrist….

The word antichrist is found only four times in scripture. Let’s read those verses.

I John 2:18 Little children, it is the last time and as you have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists, whereby we know that it is the last time.

I John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denies the Father and Son.

I John 4:3 And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ came in the flesh is not of God. And this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof you have heard that it should come; and even now already is in the world.

2 John 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

So here the scripture says that

1. There are many antichrists

2. They deny the father and son

3. They deny Christ came in the flesh

and #4, what most Christians have not been taught,

#4 - That antichrist is a spirit, not a super evil man to come.

Now the point I want to make is that what is in scripture termed “the man of sin” is not the same entity that is called the “antichrist.”

Lets look at the term called, “Man of Sin” from scripture.

In II Thes 2:3 we read Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

verse 4… who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped, so that he as God, sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

This says the man of sin will be sitting in a temple of God. The antichrist scriptures quoted earlier do not have this description. Furthermore, it says that antichrist is a spirit… lets read that again…

So antichrist is a spirit, but the man of sin is a physical being sitting in a temple of God and claiming himself as God.

Verse 5 Remember you not, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

Verse 6 and now you know what withholds that he might be revealed in his time.

V 7 For the mystery of iniquity does already work, only he who now lets will let, till he be taken out of the way.

V8 and then shall that wicked one be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming.

Lets go back to verse 6 “and now you know what withholds, that he might be revealed in his time.” Paul here is saying that there was a power in his day that was withholding the man of sin being revealed. “and now you know what withholds….” This shows it was a power present at that time.

We historicists contend that that power in the day of Paul was the Caesars, and once the Caesars were removed, would then come the man of sin. We contend that the entity that best fits the description of the man of sin is none other than the office of the Papacy. He sits in a temple of God claiming himself to be God…. Today's Pope may not be acclaimed so highly, like in the past, but by these blasphemous statements from the Popes themselves, the Dark Age Papacy was certainly fulfillment of the II Thes 2 man of sin.

Baptist Confession of Faith, 1689 - neither can the Pope of Rome in any sense be the head thereof, but is that Antichrist, that man of sin.

Oh how about that? Todays baptists who are fooled Futurists, used to be historicists, before it was taken over by subtle entities of deception.

Now there is also the 666 entity from Revelation 13. Here we see in this chart, not just 1 666 sign the Preterists claim to the name of Nero, but 10 gematria signs pointing to the Latin kingdom with the Pope as its head.

So friends, when adding all the evidence, the futurists who have filled Christendom with the false views of prophecy of a man of sin yet to come, is in violation of the scriptural definition of the man of sin and The Preterists have nothing to brag on either when the weight of this evidence far out does their faulty view of prophecy.

Listening to anyone who is speculating what the antichrist or the man of sin is, they are deceived and fooling themselves, if they are not based in the word of God, the Holy Bible and its historical fulfillments, which those of the Futurist camp, a robbing God of getting glory for these fulfilled prophecies.
